On Saturday June 6 Governor Baker announced that the state will enter Phase 2 of its reopening plan. Phase 2 starting on Monday June 8th would allow retail establishments to open with occupancy limits. While we do qualify to reopen, we have decided to push back our opening an additional week as we continue to monitor the fluid public health situation. We will however will allow our Service Department to start booking service appointments this week starting on Wednesday June 10. Please refer to our guidelines we will have in place for both our Showroom and Service Department moving forward.
Shop/Showroom Opening Friday June 19 @ 10am
We are making some changes to our showroom and ask you bear with us as we settle into those changes. We will be sanitizing all customer areas after each customer visit and have hand sanitizer available for customer use
-Only 1(one) customer/couple will be allowed in our showroom at a time. We ask you to please wait outside if we are already assisting another customer
-Face Coverings ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES while inside our showroom
-New “sneeze guards” are installed across our entire front counter
-New Customer Friendly interactive register to allow you to pay easier by Credit Card, Contactless, and Apple/Google Pay.
-We ask that you pay by Credit Card or Contactless Payment if possible to minimize exposure to germs or viruses that could be transmitted on currency
Service Department Resumes Wednesday June 10
We will restart our Service Department with reduced availability as we work back to our original service hours. On-line scheduling will be available Monday June 8 to book service appointments starting Wednesday June 10. We ask that you help us stay safe and by doing so, can help us keep you safe. Our technicians will be wearing face masks from when they arrive onsite until they are about to leave and wear shoe coverings while inside your home. They will also be using hand sanitizer regularly and disinfecting surfaces and hardware they come into contact with. Our technicians will also be refraining from shaking hands during this time to reduce the risk of spreading germs and bacteria.
-Please give our service technicians at least 6 feet of space to help maintain social distancing
-Please wear a face covering if possible while our technicians are in your home or office. If you are unable, please wait for us to complete our services in another room.
We will continue to provide you with the BEST Locksmith Services the area has to offer and continue to work with you with your Locksmithing needs as they arise! We also appreciate the sensitivity of the current situation and ask you work with us during these difficult times with the requests we stated above.
